Questions
- How are minutes counted?
- By the length of the video you upload. A 60 minute video uses 60 minutes. Editing and exporting a clip again never uses minutes, and the same file uploaded again within 30 days is not counted twice.
- What happens to minutes I do not use?
- On paid plans, unused minutes roll over for one month. Minutes come back automatically if a video fails or you delete it before it finishes.
- How long and how large can a video be?
- Up to 8 hours and 20 GB. Uploads resume if your connection drops.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, in one click from the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you 7 days ahead.
- Do I own my clips?
- Yes. Your videos and everything made from them are yours. We do not use your content to train models for other customers. Your winning clips are only used to improve picks for your own brand.
- Which platforms can I post to?
- TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads, from the Creator plan up. You can always download clips and post them yourself on any plan.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. 30 minutes of video a month, with 720p exports that carry a small mark, and videos kept for 3 days. No card needed.
- How does it learn from my results?
- On Pro and above, each clip you post through Flintclip is measured four times in its first week. Clips that clearly beat your account's usual result are used as examples when picking moments in your next videos.
